Domiciliary Support Worker – Towy, Teify and Taf Area

The Permanent posts are for a guaranteed minimum of 16 hrs 15 minutes, up to maximum 26 hrs 15 minutes hours per week.
£18,795* - £19,554* (Grade D) + 8% *Pro-rata
(£10.52 - £10.94 per hour)

Would you be interested in improving your existing skills and experience through training and professional development?
Motivated and conscientious staff are required to join a Team of Domiciliary Support Workers, providing domiciliary care and support to our service users.
Please apply if you are genuinely interested in being an active member of the Domiciliary Care and Support Team. You will be working to deliver Domiciliary Services to delay and / or prevent admission to acute services.
There is a requirement to work on a rota which covers days, evenings and weekends.
A basic knowledge of Welsh is required to accomplish this post. Support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.

A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be requested for this post.
As part of the Council’s Policy and Procedure it is now a requirement that employees must register with the DBS Update Service for which there is an annual subscription fee of £13 borne by the individual. The Authority will pay for the initial DBS check.
