Barista Supervisor
£20,092 - £23,080 (Grade E) + 8 %
Pembrey Country Park is looking for a highly motivated Barista Supervisor to join our Food and Beverage Team.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a busy catering environment. Working as part of the team in delivering great customer service and supervising customer facing food and beverage areas across the park. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
As a Supervisor you will use your initiative to ensure the Service runs smoothly. You will lead and motivate the team and be responsible for inductions, training, and rotas. Along with the F&B Manager be responsible for stock taking, portion control, ordering and delivery of goods.
The role will require evening and weekend work.
Conversational Welsh is required to accomplish this post. Support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
