Maintenance Technician

£22,183 - £25,991 (Grade F)


The Property Maintenance Section undertakes a wide range of urgent and routine maintenance works to the Authority’s 9500 Council Housing stock and a diverse portfolio of 450 Non-Housing buildings including Offices, Schools, Care Homes, Leisure Centres and Industrial Estates.

We operate from 2 Depots Located in Trostre, Llanelli and Johnstown, Carmarthen, covering the whole of Carmarthenshire to provide a customer focused service to our clients.

We are now looking to recruit fully qualified and suitably experienced tradespeople in the following disciplines to undertake the role of Maintenance Technician.

• Domestic and Commercial Roofing
• Domestic and Commercial plumbing
• Carpentry (Carmarthen Only)
