Business Support Administrator
(Secondment Cover up to 31/12/2021)
£19,312 - £20,092 (Grade D)
Applications are invited from persons who are genuinely interested in being an active member of the Business Support Team at Llanelli.
Evidence of a relevant administrative qualification (minimum QCF Level 2 or equivalent) and experience in office administration, administrative procedures and minute-taking are essential.
To work under the direction of the Business Support Team Leader to perform a comprehensive range of business support and administrative duties as part of the Business Support Team within the Department for Communities. This will involve dealing with the public, as well as staff and managers from both within the Council and partner organisations.
The applicant should possess excellent organisational, communication and customer care skills with the ability to work accurately and efficiently to tight deadlines whilst paying attention to detail.
Conversational Welsh is required to accomplish this post. Support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
