Social Worker
(Temporary up to 17/06/2021 to cover Maternity Leave)
25 hours per week
£32,234* - £35,745* (Grade I) *pro rata
We are seeking a suitably qualified social worker to join our Community Learning Disabilities Team in Carmarthen. The team serves largely the rural areas of the county including the towns of Carmarthen, Llandovery, Llandeilo and Ammanford.
As part of a multi disciplinary team you will be working with adults with learning disabilities undertaking assessments and outcome focused support planning to maximize independence within the local community.
We welcome applications from experienced and newly qualified social workers.
A basic knowledge of Welsh is required to accomplish this post. Support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
