Delta Wellbeing Team Leader
(Temporary for 12 months due to Funding)

£25,481 - £29,577 (Grade G) + 8% weekend working allowance where applicable

Delta Wellbeing provides a multi-function call/contact handling service 24x7 across south-west Wales. This service is available on an hourly basis to elderly and vulnerable people who use social alarms, it deals with out-of-hours emergency calls for all council services and is an initial point of contact for social care to Adults.

We currently have a Team Leader vacancy, working Monday to Friday with alternate weekend days (8% allowance applicable).

Acting as a key part of the team providing a high quality, TSA-accredited and customer focused service, which provides an exemplar of best practice, and is well positioned to attract new business.

Manage the team, providing support to the Advisers ensuring that work and calls are handled in an efficient, effective and timely manner in line with business targets

Conduct regular individual 1-1’s/Supervision/calls coaching, setting appropriate objectives to allow continuous improvement reviewing regular progress.

Strong project management skills are essential.

Conversational Welsh is required to accomplish this post. Support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
