Workshop Technician
£22,183 - £25,991 (Grade F)
An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Highways and Transport Division to support the transport maintenance unit within fleet services for the County of Carmarthenshire.
The individual will provide key technical support to the fleet maintenance unit and will work as part of a team. The individual will also work off their own initiative whilst carrying out the duties expected of them within the fleet department.
Applicants should possess a relevant HGV maintenance and repair competence qualification. The individual must have technical skills and the ability to complete relevant documentation. The individual will have a good working knowledge and experience in workshop health and safety.
A basic knowledge of Welsh is required to accomplish this post. Support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
