Supported Housing Officer

Are customers at the heart of what you do? Are you driven, creative and energetic? We are seeking applicants who are enthusiastic, diligent, self-starters, and passionate about the delivery of excellent services.
You will oversee the day-to-day management of a Sheltered Housing Schemes and provide support to residents to enable them to live independently. This role is not about care, it essentially involves providing support, advice, and social activities to help tenants over the age of 55 enjoy independent living. You will also deal with emergencies as and when necessary and liaise with other agencies as appropriate. Your duties will also include encouraging tenant involvement, scheme activities as well as having responsibility for the security, cleanliness and repairs to the building.
You will be committed to delivering the best outcomes for our tenants and be an excellent team player with the ability to work effectively with partner organisations and confident in your approach. A positive attitude, and flexibility are key attributes we are looking for.
