Home Improvement / Health Assessment Officer
Temporary up to 31/03/2022 due to Secondment Cover
£28,672 - £32,910 (Grade H)
We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused, technically qualified individual to join our Home Improvement Agency. The Agency is responsible for delivering disabled adaptations to both council tenants and owner occupiers, home improvements loans to private homeowners’ properties and bring private sector Empty properties back into use.
You will manage your own caseload and be committed to delivering the best outcomes for our clients. You’ll be an excellent team player with the ability to work effectively with partner organizations and confident in your approach.
The successful candidate will need a good understanding of construction and the ability to work with vulnerable clients within their home environment.
Conversational Welsh is required to accomplish this post. Support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
