Proactive Falls Prevention Instructor (Part Time) 
(Temporary up to 31/03/2022 due to Grant Funding)

10 hours per week

£20,092* - £23,080* (Grade E) *pro rata

As part of our development, we are launching a new arm of the service to enhance our Falls Prevention Programme with the view to tacking those most vulnerable in community.

Main purpose of job:
• To assist in the development of the Falls Prevention Rehabilitation Programme in Carmarthenshire
• To deliver evidence-based Falls Prevention sessions (Otago & PSI) within leisure facilities, community venues and digitally, to reduce falls risk factors and fall-related injuries in frailer older people 
• To motivate and empower individuals to live independently and improve their health and wellbeing

Conversational Welsh is required to accomplish this post. Support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
