A Verifications Officer position offers an exciting opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team, managing the maintenance, property statutory compliance, servicing and delivery of building related works. Specifically, you will be tasked with undertaking a stock condition survey of the housing Asset portfolio. To capture and input stock verification and condition data into the corporate data management system/s.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with an attention to detail, who has a strong team ethic and good interpersonal and communication skills.

The ability to deadlines, multitask and prioritise with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.

If you are pro-active, creative with an ability to work on own initiative, this role maybe is for you.

It is a job full of variety and a great role in which to learn all about the building environment.

Conversational Welsh is required to accomplish this post. Support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
