Temporary fixed 2 year contract pending service review.

£25,481 - £29,577 (Grade G)

We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to be part of the Employee Wellbeing team. 

The individual will support the Employee Wellbeing Team by implementing workplace health initiatives, promotion and intervention which will support the corporate aim of the reduction of Sickness absence and the improvement of employee wellbeing across the Authority. 

The individual will also Coordinate the ‘Health & Wellbeing Champions’ initiative throughout Carmarthenshire County Council’s workforce, leading a network of employees identified as Workplace Health and Wellbeing Champions, to encourage and support colleagues in making positive lifestyle changes.

The ability to communicate effectively in Welsh is required to accomplish this post. Support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
