Seasonal Customer Service Assistant
(Temporary 10 week contract due to Staffing Levels)

£18,198* - £18,562* (Grade B) *pro rata
Pembrey Country Park are looking for an enthusiastic customer service assistant, who is willing to go the extra mile to deliver excellent activity provisions from the Ski and activity Centre. Previous experience is not essential as we can provide training, however good communication skills and an upbeat friendly personality are.
The role is to assist the existing Team through the forthcoming busy summer season, there will be a 10 contract if successful.
The appointed individual will be an excellent team player, have the ability to work alone in a demanding work environment with accuracy, possess excellent interpersonal, communication and reporting skills and ideally having a broad knowledge of the leisure facilities/Tourism industry in Carmarthenshire.
The role will require evening and weekend working.
Conversational Welsh is required to accomplish this post. Support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
