A number of exciting posts have arisen as part of the Economic Acceleration and Regeneration Through Innovation (EARTh) programme.
The programme is supported through the European Social Fund Priority Axis 5 – Public Reform and Regional Working and is a partnership between the Carmarthenshire County Council, Pembrokeshire County Council, Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, City and County of Swansea.
The programme will work across the region focusing on the 4 key areas of Transport, Energy, Land use Planning and Economic Development to help build the required capacity, capability and administrative arrangements within the Swansea Bay City Region to enable the public Sector to address the key functions.
The project is being led by Carmarthenshire County Council and the main programme team will be employed by the Authority. There will also be a Programme Co-ordinator role; four Programme Officer roles and a part time finance officer available within the other three Local Authorities..
An opportunity has arisen within Economic Development for a part time programme monitoring assistant. We are seeking a committed, motivated individual to provide excellent, quality financial/administrative support to the EARTh programme. The scheme is supported through the ESF Priority Axis 5 operating across the 4 Local Authority areas of Carmarthenshire, Neath Port Talbot, Pembrokeshire and City and County of Swansea.
You will provide supporting administration, retention and safe-keeping of all documentary evidence required for all core, contract, structurally funded schemes, projects and grants. The programme will be managed on a regional level but delivered at a local level to build the necessary capacity within the teams.
The above post is funded under the European Social Fund Priority Axis 5 until 30 June 2023.
