Assistant Systems Administration and Development Officer

£25,481 - £29,577 (Grade G)

Applications are invited for the post of Assistant Systems Administration and Development Officer.

The Post holder is expected to:

• To assist the System Development Manager in administering the primary Management Information System for the Environment Department’s TOTAL system, which encompasses works order management, purchase ordering, Creditors, Debtors and invoicing, stores management and general and costing ledgers and web based applications including TotalView, Mobile working and E-trading ensuring the integrity of the system at all times, and providing support to in excess 300 system users. 

• To implement developments and scrutinise the effects of system enhancements as directed by the Systems Administration and Development Officer.

A basic knowledge of Welsh is required to accomplish this post. Support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
