Property Maintenance are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to assist on the implementation and ongoing management of a new job management system. Property Maintenance have recently procured a new system (Total Connect) which will be implemented over the coming months. The successful candidate will undertake an assisting role responsible for its implementation and ongoing development. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with an attention to detail, who has good interpersonal and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will also have experience in systems/data administration, report building and user training.
Property Maintenance consists of a team of approximately 140 individuals delivering a range of works which include:
• Responsive repairs (housing & non housing)
• Planned works
• Compliance (Fire safety, legionella, DDA, radon and asbestos management)
• Contract and commissioning (Servicing, financial, procurement and contract management)
The scope of the service results in approximately 70,000 jobs per year being delivered by the team. The role and implementation of the new job management system will be fundamental to the timely delivery of jobs and improved customer experience.
A basic knowledge of Welsh is required to accomplish this post. Support can be provided on appointment to reachthis level.
